What is included in the price?
Prices are per night and person (adults and children)
Meals are not included. Tourism tax is not included.
How much is the tourism tax?
€ 3,- per person and night.
Children up to 14 years are exempt from the tourism tax.
Which payment options are possible?

How are the cancellation conditions?
Cancellation & Booking Changes
- up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge
- up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- up to 14 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount
Any cancellation or change or No-Show will be charged with the total amount!
We recommend you to take out a travel-cancellation or travel interruption Insurance. Please kindly understand that we can not accept any goodwill cancellations.
How much is the surcharge for a short-stay?

How much is the final cleaning?
The prices for the final cleaning (once per flat) are as follows:

Do we need a Travel-Cancellation Insurance?
We recommend you to take out a travel-cancellation or travel interruption Insurance. Please kindly understand that we can not accept any goodwill cancellations.
How much does it cost to use the internet?
The use of the internet is for free.
When is Check In and when is Check Out?
The apartments/the double room is ready from 3pm. On your departure day we kindly ask you to leave until 10am.
If you arrive after 7pm we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
Is smoking allowed at the Alphaus Aparthotel?
All our apartments and double rooms are non smoker apartments/rooms.
On each balcony there are tables and chairs as well as ash trays - so that you can enjoy your cigarette.
Where can I park my car?
There are free parking spaces in front of each house.
Is there an E-charging station near the apartment?
An E-charging station is directly in front of each of our apartment houses.
Our 11kW charging station has a type-2-plug (european standard for AC charging stations, compatible with all standard electric cars with single-phase to three-phase alternating current)
Are pets allowed?
We kindly ask for your understanding that it is not allowed to bring your pets to the Alphaus Aparthotel. If you would like to spend your holiday with your dearest we can recommend you our apartment Alpenherz or apartment Romantik
How much is the referral discount?
New guests coming due to your recommodation will receive a 5% discount on the daily rate for their first reservation of minimum 5 days. (reservation at the Alphaus Aparthotel - offer can not be combined with other discounts)
For your recommendation we will reward you with a bonus of € 30,- which you can redeem on your next holiday at the Alphaus Aparthotel. (no cash compensation)
