Cancellation Conditions
The following payment conditions apply in case of cancellation or changes:
- up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge
- up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- up to 14 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount
- less than 14 days or no-show: 100%
Prices
Prices are per night and person (adults and children) - prices are without food.

Travel-Cancellation Insurance
We recommend you to take out a travel-cancellation or travel interruption Insurance. Please kindly understand that we can not accept any goodwill cancellations.

- bank transfer in advance: please transfer the amount on our account given above (free of charges) - money has to be posted on our account before your departure
Non-Smoker Apartments
All our apartments are non smoker apartments. On each balcony there are tables and chairs as well as ash trays - so that you can enjoy your cigarette.
Pets
Pets are very welcome at the Apartment Alpenherz. We are going to charge € 18,- per pet and night - without food.
Bread Delivery Service
Start your day with fresh bread from the bakery. You only pay your goods.
Bread delivery service from Monday to Saturday.
